Vacancy: Reception Manager - Closing date: 9th January 2026
The Lunesdale Surgery, part of the Western Dales PCN, are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Reception Manager to work as part of our administration and multi-disciplinary team.
The Reception Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and supervision of the reception team, ensuring a professional, efficient, and
compassionate service for all patients and visitors. The postholder will ensure smooth front-of-house operations, manage patient access to services, and maintain high standards of customer care. Your responsibilities will also include working closely with the Practice Manager, and clinical teams to support the delivery of safe, effective, and well-coordinated care.
We appreciate the interest of all applicants in this opportunity, however, previous receptionist experience, team leader skills and/or EMIS web experience are desirable.
- upto 37.5 hours per week
- £14.50 per hour
- includes 1 'late' shift until 6.30pm per week
- 4.2 weeks annual leave (pro rata) + bank holidays
