GP Partner, MB BS, MSc. Phil qualified as a GP in 2005 and has a special interest in skin and musculo-skeletal conditions. He also helps to train doctors in their final year before becoming GP's.

GP Partner, and a relatively local lass having grown up in Settle. I have been a GP for 20 years and I worked in Brighton for several years before returning to my northern roots. I have 3 daughters who keep me busy and can often be found out on my bike exploring our beautiful local area. I have an interest in contraception, menopause and women's health.

GP Partner, MB ChB, MRCGP. Tom has stayed at the surgery after he trained under local legend, Dr Simon Kaye. He has an interest in headache medicine and is involved in teaching medical students at Lancaster University. He is a Dad of 2, a bad 7-a-side footballer and a snowboard addict.

Rebecca grew up locally in Lancaster before going South to Cambridge to study. She returned North to complete her junior doctor years and GP training in Lancaster due to a love of working at a local riding school and an attachment to a local farmer. Having worked at Lunesdale as a registrar from 2012-2015 she returned in 2020 after 5 years working in Bentham. She has a love of musicals, afternoon teas and walking and spends a lot of time working as a taxi for her 3 children. Being married to a farmer she understands the challenges facing the farming community and has a special interest in care of the elderly working as the care home lead for the practice. Hi, I'm Abby and I've been a member of the Lunesdale team since 2019. I've been a nurse for over 20 years, working mainly in urgent care in the hospital and general practice in the community. I have a special interest in long term conditions, particularly respiratory conditions such as asthma and COPD. Outside of work, I love spending time in the outdoors with my family and at our local rugby club as a volunteer.

Hi, I'm Georgia and I joined this practice in April '23 having been qualified as a nurse since 2002. I gained my Masters degree as a Nurse Practitioner in June '20 because I wanted to build on my knowledge and competencies that I'd experienced in both primary and secondary care. I have always wanted to be a nurse since aged 13 and feel lucky to work in this role which is so varied, challenging and rewarding. I try to keep active and enjoy outdoor activities with my family so hike in the fells as often as possible with our crazy cocker spaniel! Georgia specialises in chronic disease management and sees acute presentations of both physical and mental health issues. Georgia is highly trained to deal with a variety of of conditions and can prescribe and refer within a wide scope of general practice complaints. If your problem is very complex and requires a higher level of specialist care and advice, it may be more appropriate to book an appointment with your GP.

Jane grew up in the local area and qualified as a nurse in 1997. In 2003 she gained her specialist practitioner degree in community nursing. Jane has had a varied nursing career and first started working as a practice nurse in New Zealand. She returned to the UK in 2013.

Hi, I'm Danni! I'm a qualified pharmacy technician and now work as a health care assistant here at the practice. I've been part of the surgery team for over 10 years and truly love being part of such a caring community. Originally a southern girl, I've now put down roots up north with my family, including my wonderful daughter. I have a real passion for caring for people and making a difference in their day - whether that's through a friendly chat, a listening ear, or helping with their care needs. I'm also known as the local vampire - I'm often the one taking bloods! Outside of work, I love keeping active - you'll often find me lifting weights or out running!

I have worked in the NHS since 1994. I have been lucky enough to work across a number of different services. My current role is to support adults who are registered to Surgeries in the West Dales Primary Care Network, Lunesdale, Bentham and Sedbergh, with their mental health needs. I can offer assessments, short term interventions, as well as being able to signpost you to services, which can best support and help you with your needs. I have experience of working with people with a variety of mental health conditions, including, depression, anxiety, bereavement as well as more complex presentations. I am not able to work with anyone under the age of 18 as there are other specialised NHS services available for this age group, please ask your GP/Health Provider about these services if you are a family member needs this support. If you wish to see me, please ask any of the health professionals at the surgery to send me a referral and I will then be in touch to see whether I can support you.

My role involves assessing, diagnosing and helping establish the best way to manage joint, soft tissue and muscle pain. This includes requesting investigations or making onward hospital referrals where necessary. The aim is also to provide early advice on prevention, treatment and supported self-management. I qualified with a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy degree in 2014 and currently approaching the end of an MSc in Advancing Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Practice with Nottingham University.
