You can now see a musculoskeletal physiotherapist practitioner for joint, muscle or soft tissue pain as the first point of contact instead of the GP. This gives you faster access to expert diagnosis, advice and exercises you need to start tackling the problem. The physiotherapist can also refer you on to hospital services and arrange tests where necessary. Please ask reception for more information or for booking an appointment.

Nurses

Practice nurses undertake a wide range of tasks and although they overlap in some areas, members of the team have qualifications in different aspects of nursing. This is why we ask you for a reason when booking an appointment.

Both our health care assistants are qualified to NVQ level 3.
